Tips for readiness for Online Therapy - Movement breaks

Readiness For Online Training

We’re here to help you get ready for online therapy sessions. In this discussion Speech-Language therapist Hui Ee (Vicky) Chow and Occupational Therapist Mikaela Shalders share some tips and strategies to make it easier for your child to navigate through online training sessions.

Tip 4: Breaks during sessions

We should build in smart breaks into their schedules or break tasks down into smaller steps or add movement breaks in order to optimize the results of the training session.
